  • Technical data: certain connection data may be processed by the hosting provider to ensure website operation, availability and security.

  • Pre-contractual discussions and preparation of a quote rely on steps taken at the prospect's request before a possible contract.
  • Service delivery and administration rely on performance of the contract and applicable legal obligations, including accounting and tax requirements.

Data is accessible only to the extent necessary by RowFoundry and technical providers required to operate the service, including website hosting and professional email.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. in the United States. Technical connection data may therefore be processed in connection with hosting. Professional email is provided by OVHcloud.

Retention periods

  • Prospects: up to 3 years from collection or the latest contact initiated by the prospect, unless they object or a different legal requirement applies.
  • Clients: for the duration of the commercial relationship and then for the periods required to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
  • Project files: for the period agreed in the quote or contract; they are not retained beyond what is necessary for the service unless required by law or specifically agreed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, and exercise a right to data portability where applicable.

RowFoundry currently uses no audience analytics tool, advertising pixel or non-essential marketing cookie. The website contains no web form; contact is made by email.

Strictly technical mechanisms may be used by the hosting provider to ensure security and proper operation. If consent-based analytics or marketing tools are introduced later, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.

Client files and personal data

Clients are asked to provide only the data necessary for the engagement and to avoid personal data where it is not relevant to the work.

Where RowFoundry processes personal data on behalf of a client, the roles, instructions, security measures, retention and other GDPR processor obligations are documented contractually before processing where required.
